Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Bluebird AI Pty Ltd (“Gradeforce”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use gradeforce.com (the “Service”).
What we collect
- Account information — your email address, an optional display name, your role (student or teacher), and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We store a Stripe customer identifier and your subscription status. We do not store your full card number.
- Content you upload — the assignments and rubrics you submit for grading, and the grading results we generate.
- Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use your information
- To provide grading: we send the text of your uploaded document and rubric to our model provider (OpenAI) for the grading inference call.
- To manage your account, subscription, and billing.
- To secure the Service and prevent abuse.
- To respond to your support requests.
AI processing
Your content is sent to OpenAI solely to generate your grading result. Your content is not used to train AI models, and is not shared with any other third party except as needed to operate the Service.
Data retention
We retain your account and gradings while your account is active so you can revisit past results. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@gradeforce.com; we will delete it within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records (for example, billing records) by law.
Third parties we use
- Stripe — payment processing.
- OpenAI — the grading model provider.
- Neon — our managed database.
- Vercel — hosting and file storage.
Each processes data on our behalf under its own security and privacy commitments.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email support@gradeforce.com.
Children
Gradeforce is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
