How does grading work?
Upload a PDF or Word document (or paste text), add the rubric you want to grade against, and Gradeforce returns a calibrated score, per-criterion feedback with evidence quotes, strengths, improvements, and inline annotations — usually in about a minute.
What does it cost?
Gradeforce Pro is US$12/month after a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
How do I cancel?
Open the app, go to Billing, and choose “Manage subscription” to cancel through Stripe's secure portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of your current period.
A grading failed or looks wrong.
Email support@gradeforce.com with the assignment title and we'll take a look. Grading output is AI-generated and meant as a study aid and teaching prompt — always review it before relying on it.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@gradeforce.com and we'll permanently remove your account and data within 30 days.
Are my assignments used to train AI?
No. Your content is sent to OpenAI for the grading inference call only, and is not used to train models. See our Privacy Policy.
